WORK WITH ME

There comes a point in our life when you think about what are you doing and how you want our life to be like. You want to add that meaning in life and break the monotony and frustration you are experiencing. You just want that peace of mind and satisfaction.
About 12 years I ago I went through a similar situation where I was not contended with the kind of routine that was setting in my life. I could have continued the same way enduring the frustration or I could have made changes happen. It was a choice I had to make and I chose the latter. I switched careers in my 40s to pursue my interest in behavioral science and Psychology. Now my passion and profession are aligned and I am able to focus on all my life areas with a sense of satisfaction.

In my experience, of my own and having worked with multiple
people over the last decade, few aspects you tend to think when you
are going through the dilemma of this life phase.

Clarity – You are not 100% sure what you want to do and how to make it work. You are missing direction on where to go and how to reach there.

Limited Mindset – You are not sure if you can make it happen. You
are plagued with self-doubt about your capabilities. In addition, you
belief and assumptions about yourself shakes your confidence.

Frustration – You feel frustrated with the way things are and the
kind of growth that has happened. In general, life seems frustrating.

Balancing life areas – You want to focus not only on just career or
business but other life areas which you feel neglected. You want to
do those things that you have postponed for a later time.

Overcoming sense of insecurity – You want financial security and
independence so you can feel secure and relaxed.
